ProMedica Senior Care, whichprovides a range of services, including skilled nursing care, assisted living, post-acute medical and rehabilitation care, hospice care, home health and rehabilitation therapy, is looking for an experienced sales professional to fill the role as Regional Manager of Business Development. In this high profile role reporting to the Regional Director of Operations you will utilize your sales acumen and strategic knowledge to develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with high level executives/influencers in health care facilities, systems and communities in the area. This position supervises, develops and provides direction to Managers of Business Development, Account Liaisons and Hospital Liaisons-RNs.The position covers our California, Arizona and the Albuquerque, NM hospice offices.

Desired areas of expertise/experience are:

**Strategic sales leader that is committed to driving growth and expansion

**Ability to work in collaboration with regional leadership and local hospice offices and their teams to pursue growth

**Proven sales successes in the region, demonstrated by having a network of relatable contacts

**Experience developing and implementing sales plans with multiple locations, sales representatives, and leaders

**Desire to want to provide extraordinary customer service to ensure all individuals are given the opportunity to learn about and receive the care they desire/need

**Ability to perform as an influencing sales leader

**Ability to understand and apply market intelligence to sales strategies

In addition, this role will require: being actively involved in professional organizations, attending community events, etc., working closely with the local sales team and collaborating with Regional Director of Operations, Administrators, and Divisional Director of Business Development.
